DATA PROTECTION
LAST UPDATED · OCTOBER 2026
The data controller is PushPull Coaching. For anything concerning your personal data, contact info@pushpullcoaching.gr.
When you fill in the application form, we collect:
For two purposes only: to assess your application for 1:1 coaching, and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent, which you give explicitly in the last step of the form.
Your data is not used for advertising, is not sold and is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Applications are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, on servers inside the European Union. Access is restricted to an administrator account only. The website is hosted on Vercel. The same database holds aggregate visit statistics for the landing page, with no personal data. If you have consented, the Hotjar / Contentsquare analytics tool processes usage data from the landing page.
If we start working together, your application data is kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period after. If we don’t, the application is kept for up to 24 months, so we can get in touch if a spot opens up or if you come back. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner, at any time.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right:
For any of the above, email info@pushpullcoaching.gr. You will get a reply within one month.
We don’t use advertising cookies and we don’t share data with advertising networks.
On the landing page we use an analytics tool (Hotjar / Contentsquare) that shows us how the site is used: where visitors click and how far they read. This tool only loads if you give your consent in the cookie message. If you choose “No, thanks”, it doesn’t load at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
The application form is not tracked by any third-party tool. This is a deliberate choice: the form asks about injuries and medical limitations, and that kind of data does not pass through outside analytics services.
On our own systems, we record only which question a visit reached before leaving, so we can improve the form. That record contains no name, email, answers or IP address, just a random session number, the question number and the language of the form.
On the landing page we also count visits, on our own systems. For each visit we keep which page was opened, the referring website (for example instagram.com) and the device category (phone, tablet or computer). We don’t keep your IP address, we don’t keep your browser, and we never keep the full address you came from, only the name of the website, so that any search terms never reach us.
This count uses a temporary number that is erased as soon as you close the tab, so it does not recognise you on a later visit. Only if you accept analytics cookies is a permanent random number added, so we can tell returning visitors apart; if you decline, it is never created, and it is deleted if it existed. The application form is not counted this way, for the reasons explained above.
Finally, the form temporarily saves your answers locally on your device, so they are not lost if you close the page by mistake. They are not sent anywhere until you submit, and they are deleted from your device as soon as the submission is complete.
This policy describes our current practice. If anything material changes, this page will be updated with a new date.
